Content
Every individual is capable of being a leader in his or her own way. However, Avinash Narula believes that all it takes to get there is just 4 words, "I will do it." Without these words in your mind, one can never achieve anything nor can he become a leader. A perfect example is Dhirubhai Ambani, when he told himself that he would complete the  Jamnagar refinery on time. And they did it. Whether you say these words loudly or just say it in your mind, you have to say it to become a leader. A concept developed by Avinash Narula based on his experience.

Format
The training program will be highly interactive, that is, participants will be involved in discussion. The Trainer will use examples from his own experience as a business executive and entrepreneur to illustrate and strengthen understanding of the subject.
