A concept developed by Avinash Narula based on his own experience taught him that all you need to do to become a successful leader is just say 4 magical words - "I will do it."
Without saying these words, a person can never achieve anything nor can he become a leader. DhiruBhai Ambani said that lets complete the Jamnagar refinery on time and they did it. Whether you say these words loudly or just say it in your mind, you have to say it to become a leader.

Format
The training program will be highly interactive, that is, participants will be involved in discussion. The Trainer will use examples from his own experience as a business executive and entrepreneur to illustrate and strengthen understanding of the subject.
