Advanced Auditor Programme on ISO/TS 16949 :2002 |
| Programme Detail |
|
Timing: 09:30AM - 05:30 PM
It is a well known fact that ISO/TS 16949:2002 is a technical specification primarily for the auto component manufacturers, ancillaries and OEMs as a part of their Quality Management System to continually improve its processes, evolve systems to prevent defects, reduce variations over batches after batches and minimize waste in the supply chain.
Each one of them is a victim in spite of many an organization being certified for the ISO/TS 16949:2000.This implies that organizations are not getting the benefit of the certification. And, a close look at the certification shows that auditing is the one that is going for a toss!
It is the internal auditors who can add value through a thorough audit of systems and help their organizations to achieve the desired objectives. It is always important that auditors need to have a nose for capturing the non compliances and this is possible if they learn the art of carrying Trail Based Auditing.
