With the advent of technology increasingly people are unable to leave work behind even on holidays.

The driving force or so it is thought is the pressure to succeed from businesses or the belief that each of them is indispensable. The reality is that working hard doesn't guarantee success, can cause unwanted stress and make people vulnerable.

One builds a truly successful career only if one has managed time effectively and planned ones' personal development properly. To manage one's time better one has got to start to manage oneself.

The Workshop will include the following

Time Management principles
Identifying time loss, urgency and importance, effective decision making, goal setting, defining objectives.

Time Saving Techniques
Dealing with interruptions, Delegation-knowing when to delegate and doing so effectively, managing incoming/outbound calls, organising the workplace, communicating effectively, managing meetings.

Dealing with stress
Understanding work overload, managing energy levels, Negotiating workload and eliminating stress caused by poor time management.

Practical Time Planning
Planning ones' day, Using Activity Networks, Critical Path Analysis, Effective Resource Planning, and Preparing Planning Diagram.

Methodology
The workshop is highly interactive and includes exercises at inculcating an understanding of the participants present appreciation of time management and assisting them in knowing the way forward for themselves.
