FOR:-
This programme is aimed at anyone who is planning to be involved in management of risk in large project especially an international one. The principles of risk management in project will be applicable to various sectors like energy, process industries (steel, aluminum, cement, pharmaceutical), discrete part manufacturing industry as well as service sector industry like call centers, BPO, telecom, and software projects. This course will be very useful for persons involved in planning and execution of projects in the above mentioned sectors.
OBJECTIVES:-
# Acquaint participants with various statistical principles in risk management
# Discuss the concept of financial risk in project risk management
# Introduce the concepts of risk, time, risk costs, cumulative impact factor, and cumulative likelihood factors
# Discuss issues related to risk identification, risk analysis and risk response planning in projects
# Discuss various legal issues including statutory reporting of project risk management
# Discuss the operational and technology platforms in project risk management
# Introduce the participants to the various software that deals with project risk

FEE:-
Rs. 50,000 for participants from India and other SAARC countries (US$ 1,710 for participants from non-SAARC countries)
