FOR :
Managers at all levels, or any manager who feels attracted towards the ideas and methodology who would learn about different aspects of leadership through a process of reflection and discussion.
OBJECTIVES :
The objective is to make participants understand and appreciate various aspects of leadership based on their own understanding and interpretation of the readings, and to lead to their self-development not only during the workshop but also later in life.

* Leaders as dreamers and creators of visions
* Leadership, authenticity, and credibility
* Ends and means
* Idealism vs. pragmatism
* Leadership, ethics, and self-esteem
* Giving charge vs. taking charge
* Developing the right kind of leaders in organizations
PEDAGOGY :
In this course, there will not be any management cases; just one paper that would discuss the role of profits vs. other building blocks for an organization that enables it to last. Just read and enjoy great works of literature. Masticate them and chew the cud in the class. Enhance your experience through lively discussions on different issues on leadership and decision making that these great works bring up. Reflect on them. See what it is likely to be with the great masters. See how can carry on the ideas and the habit of reading and thinking further in your life.
